Exchanges and Refunds

Size exchanges — available within 15 calendar days from the delivery date:

  • Bogotá: Cost of $15,000 (includes pickup by courier and new delivery)
  • Outside Bogotá: The customer assumes the cost of round-trip shipping

Warranty for manufacturing defects — valid for 30 days from delivery:

  • We cover 100% of shipping costs
  • Applicable if the garment arrived with a manufacturing defect or different from what was ordered

⚠️ Not applicable to products purchased on promotion or with a special discount.

To initiate an exchange or claim, write to us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the product.
