The Player Version or 1:1 quality uses the same lightweight technical fabric as the competition jerseys, with a fitted athletic cut and embroidered crest. The Fan Version has a looser cut and thicker fabric, designed for daily wear with greater comfort.

If you're looking for the closest experience to a player, choose the 1:1 version. If you're going to wear it daily, the Fan Version is ideal.

Yes, for all soccer jerseys we offer two options:

✍️ Custom name and number (name + number) — $20,000 additional: select the option on the product page before adding to cart and write the name and number in the order notes at checkout.

🏆 Official patches (Champions League, local leagues, vintage patches, etc.): the price varies depending on the patch — consult with an advisor via WhatsApp and the additional value will be paid after your purchase.

💡 Already purchased without a name and number? No problem — message your advisor, tell them what you want, and we'll arrange the printing with payment of the extra amount.

Your order arrives within 24 to 48 business hours after dispatch.

Dispatch times:

• Monday to Friday: departs at 4:00 pm 🕓
• Saturdays: departs at 3:00 pm 🕒

Once dispatched, we will send you the tracking number so you can track it in real time. For Bogotá, we guarantee delivery within 24 business hours of dispatch.

Products requiring import 📦

Some models are not in local stock and must be imported. In these cases, the average time is 15 to 20 calendar days, regardless of whether you are in or outside Bogotá, although your order may arrive sooner. This time will be communicated to you by the sales advisor if you purchase through one, or at the checkout page if you purchase directly from the site.

Most products are in our warehouse and are dispatched within normal times (Bogotá ~48 business hours, rest of Colombia 24 to 48 hours).

Inventory is limited and updated in real time. If the product sells out at the moment of your purchase —or it's a model we don't stock locally— we must import it, and the time extends to 15 to 20 calendar days (same for in or out of Colombia), although it may arrive sooner.

If this happens, we'll notify you immediately via WhatsApp.

Outside of Colombia 🌎

We ship to Mexico, Ecuador, United States, Brazil, Panama, Costa Rica, and Spain. We will inform you of the estimated arrival date during the purchase process ✈️.

Exchanges for size — available within 15 calendar days from the delivery date:

• Bogotá: Cost of $15,000 (includes pickup and new delivery)

Warranty for manufacturing defects — valid for 30 days from delivery. We cover 100% of the costs if the garment arrived defective or different from what was ordered.

The Savage Membership is a one-time payment of $25,000 COP that gives you access to a 10% discount on all your jersey purchases for 3 months.

Is it worth it? By buying just 2 jerseys in the quarter, you've already recuperated what you paid, and from the third one onwards, everything is pure savings.

It's not an automatic subscription: after 3 months, you decide whether to renew it or not. We'll notify you before it expires so you don't lose the benefit.

Requirement: you need to log in or create an account for the discount to be linked to your profile and automatically applied at checkout.

The 10% discount applies to all jerseys in the catalog (1:1, Fan Version, retro, national teams, clubs). It does not apply to additional services like name and number printing ($20,000) or patches, which are quoted separately.

The discount is applied automatically at checkout when you log in with the account where you purchased the membership. No discount code is needed.

No. The membership lasts 3 months and is not automatically charged. Before it expires, we will notify you by email so you can decide whether to renew it by purchasing it again.

If you do not renew it, you will simply stop receiving the 10% discount on your next purchases. No hidden clauses.

Purchase the Savage Membership like any other product — add it to your cart and pay with your preferred method. Once payment is confirmed, your account will be activated as a Savage Member and the 10% will automatically apply to all your jersey purchases for 3 months.

Requirement: You must log in or create an account before purchasing the membership for the discount to be linked to your profile.

⚠️ Important: The 10% discount applies to purchases after your membership is activated. If you add the membership and jerseys to the same cart, the discount will not apply to that order — first purchase the membership, and then in your next purchase, you will have the automatic 10%.
