🚚 When it arrives

Your order ships from our warehouse in Bogotá.

Your order includes an imported item. If we have it in our warehouse, it ships in 3 to 4 business days; if it has to be imported, it normally takes between 20 and 25 calendar days (it often arrives sooner). If you have questions about your case, message us on WhatsApp and an advisor will answer.

• Bogotá: about 48 business hours from when we confirm the order. Orders placed on Saturday after 12:00 p.m. ship on Monday first thing.
• Rest of Colombia: depends on the city and the carrier, normally between 3 and 4 business days. Business days are Monday to Saturday.
• Imported items: if we have it in our warehouse, it ships in 3 to 4 business days. If it has to be imported, normally between 20 and 25 calendar days, and it often arrives sooner. If your order includes an item that has to be imported, the whole order ships when it arrives; if you'd rather we send the rest first, message us and we'll split it.

When your order ships, you get an email with the tracking number so you can follow it. And if anything comes up — for example your size runs out in our warehouse or the supplier doesn't have it — an advisor messages you on WhatsApp to tell you and sort it out with you.

🛟 Anything at all, we answer you ourselves

We answer on WhatsApp at +57 302 639 8761, person to person. If you want to change the size, the address or any detail of your order, message us today: as long as it hasn't shipped, it can be done.

Exchanges and warranty

You have 10 business days to exchange the size within Colombia (you pay the exchange shipping) and 30 days if the item arrives with a manufacturing defect, which we do cover. The legal withdrawal right is 5 business days and does not apply to personalised items.
