Legal Notice

This notice explains who we are, under what rules this store operates and what you can expect from what you buy here. Read it carefully: this is the information that avoids misunderstandings.

1. Who we are

We are a Colombian company selling football-inspired sportswear.

2. About our products

This is the most important part of this notice, so here it is straight:

Velocity Savage SAS is not affiliated with, associated with, authorised by or endorsed by any football club, federation, league or sports brand. We are not an authorised distributor of Nike, Adidas, Puma, Umbro or any other brand, nor of FIFA, Conmebol, UEFA, the FCF or any club.

Our garments are 1:1 quality: they reproduce the design, the cut and the finishing of match jerseys, with technical fabrics and careful details. They are not licensed by the brand or the federation, and we do not sell them as such.

The names of clubs, national teams, players, competitions and brands that appear on the site are used only to describe which team or which season the design corresponds to of each garment, so you know what you are buying. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

If at any point a text in this store gave you a different impression, write to us: we will correct it.

3. Prices, availability and errors

  • Prices are in Colombian pesos (COP) and include any applicable taxes.
  • Stock is limited and updates in real time. A product can sell out while you are buying; if that happens we let you know and give you the options, including a refund.
  • We do our best to keep all the information correct, but a price or a description can have an error. If we spot an obvious error on an order already placed, we contact you before dispatching and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.
  • We may change prices, promotions and the catalogue at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Purchases, shipping and returns

5. Use of the site

You can browse, buy and share the content of the site. You cannot:

  • Copying the site, its text or its photos to use them in another store.
  • Using automated programs to extract information from the site in bulk.
  • Attempting to access parts of the site that are not public, or interfering with how it works.
  • Impersonating Velocity Savage or passing yourself off as an authorised seller of ours.

The text, photos, logo and design of the site belong to Velocity Savage SAS, except for whatever belongs to third parties.

6. Third-party content and links

The site uses third-party services to work: payment gateways, carriers, reviews and analytics tools. Each one has its own terms. We also link to external pages; we do not control their content and we are not responsible for it.

7. Reviews and customer content

The reviews published on the site are written by customers. We do not edit them to change their meaning. We may remove content that is offensive, false or unrelated to the product.

8. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and our Privacy Policy. You can access, update, correct or ask for the deletion of your data by writing to info@velocitysavage.com.

9. Liability

We stand behind what we sell: that the garment arrives, that it matches what you ordered and that it has no manufacturing defects, under the terms of the Exchange and Return Policy and of the Consumer Statute.

We are not responsible for site downtime, for carrier delays outside our control, or for damage caused by misuse or improper washing of the garments.

10. Your rights as a consumer

Nothing in this notice reduces the rights given to you by Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute), including the legal warranty, the right of withdrawal on online purchases and payment reversal. If any part of this notice contradicts that law, the law prevails.

If you have a complaint, write to us first: we resolve almost everything on WhatsApp the same day. If you are not satisfied, you can go to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

11. Applicable law

This notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute is settled before the competent courts of Bogotá D.C.

12. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our conditions or the law change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its date.
