When is he arriving?

In Colombia your order arrives in 3 to 4 business days from when we confirm it, and in Bogotá in about 48 business hours. Import products usually take between 25 and 30 calendar days. Shipping is free on orders over $90,000 and costs $18,000 below that amount.

For Colombia 🇨🇴

  • Bogotá: about 48 business hours if the product is in stock at our warehouse. In Bogotá you can also pay cash on delivery.
  • Rest of Colombia: 3 to 4 business days from when we confirm the order.
  • Import products: usually between 25 and 30 calendar days, and they often arrive sooner. If your order mixes an import product with warehouse products, the whole order takes that time, unless you ask us to split it into two shipments.

Dispatch times:

  • Monday to Friday: departs at 4:00 pm 🕓
  • Saturdays: departs at 3:00 pm 🕒

Once dispatched, we send you the tracking number so you can follow it in real time.

Outside Colombia 🌎

We ship for free to Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Spain, the United States, Mexico and Panama. The order is arranged over WhatsApp and usually arrives between 25 and 30 calendar days ✈️.
