A Velocity Savage football jersey arrives in 3 to 4 business days in Colombia from when we confirm the order, and in Bogotá in about 48 business hours. Import models usually take between 25 and 30 calendar days. Shipping is free on orders over $90,000 and costs $18,000 below that amount.
It's the question we get most after payment, especially if the jersey is for a specific date. Below are the details by city, product type and whether you ordered customization.
Delivery times by city
- Bogotá: about 48 business hours if the product is in stock at our warehouse. In Bogotá you can also pay cash on delivery.
- Rest of Colombia: 3 to 4 business days from when we confirm the order.
- Import products: usually between 25 and 30 calendar days, and they often arrive sooner. If your order mixes an import product with warehouse products, the whole order takes that time, unless you ask us to split it into two shipments.
- Outside Colombia: we ship free to Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Spain, the United States, Mexico and Panama, with the order coordinated via WhatsApp, and it usually arrives between 25 and 30 calendar days.
How much shipping costs
Free on orders over $90,000 anywhere in Colombia. Below $90,000 it costs $18,000. The Panini album and sticker boxes are charged separately: $10,000 in Bogotá and $24,000 in the rest of the country. The exact amount shows on the payment screen before you confirm, and the full details are in the shipping policy.
If you customize the jersey, add production time
The custom name and number and the commemorative inscription are made after the order is confirmed, not before — so delivery time is added to the customization production time. If you need it to arrive by an exact date (birthday, match, trip), say so on WhatsApp when you buy so we can confirm whether it will make it.
How do I track my order?
As soon as the order ships, you'll get the update on WhatsApp — you don't need to message us to ask, but if you want the exact estimate for your city before buying, we'll confirm it right there too.
