You have 10 business days after delivery to exchange for size or model. After that time, the exchange cannot be processed, so if you are unsure about the size, it is better to measure before the window closes, not after.
How to request an exchange
- Write to us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size or model you need.
- The garment must be unused, with tags on — just as you received it.
- We will confirm the process and times according to your city.
What if the jersey has a number or personalized inscription?
Once the jersey is shipped with a name and number, or with a commemorative inscription, it cannot be resold or reused in another order — which is why size exchanges for personalized jerseys are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsure about the size and plan to personalize it, confirm it first via WhatsApp before adding the number.
